- Workflow & Process Automation

- Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
- AI System Integration
All services are subject to formal agreement and documented scope.
3. AI System Deployment
AI solutions provided by Alakis AI are:
- Custom-configured based on client requirements
- Integrated with third-party platforms where necessary
- Subject to testing and optimization phases
Clients acknowledge that AI systems operate based on provided data and configurations, and performance may vary depending on input quality and operational environment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful data
- Obtain required consent from their customers before data processing
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- Provide system access and technical requirements timely
Alakis AI is not responsible for legal compliance failures arising from client misuse of AI systems.
5. Payments & Commercial Terms
- All services are billed as per agreed proposal
- Setup fees and integration fees are non-refundable
- Subscription-based AI systems require timely monthly payments
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Custom AI configurations remain property of Alakis AI
- Client data remains property of the client
- Proprietary frameworks and automation models remain confidential
7. Third-Party Integrations
Alakis AI may integrate systems with:
- CRM platforms
- Messaging applications
- Telephony systems
- Cloud infrastructure providers
We are not liable for downtime, API limitations, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
8. AI Limitations & Liability
AI systems:
- May produce automated responses based on programmed logic
- Do not replace human oversight
- Require monitoring for optimal performance
Alakis AI shall not be liable for:
- Business decisions made solely on automated outputs
- Misuse of AI tools
- Indirect financial losses
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service.
9. Confidentiality
All client data, business processes, and proprietary information will be treated as confidential.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service as per contractual notice period. Upon termination:
- Access to AI systems may be revoked
- Data handover (if applicable) will be arranged
- Outstanding payments must be cleared
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial and digital regulations.
